Photo and video recordings at events
Photo and video recordings may be made during the event.
The recordings serve to document the event and to be published on the website, in social media and in informational materials of the organizer.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in public relations and documentation of cultural events).
Visitors have the right to object to the recording or publication of images of themselves at any time.
Please contact the organizer on site or by email regarding this matter. In this case, the person in question will not be photographed, or any relevant images will be removed, if possible.
The recordings will not be passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure or alteration.

Access to personal data is only possible for those responsible for organizing the event.
